1) We provide islandwide delivery except to Jurong Island, Tuas Link, Changi Cargos, Army Camps, Singapore Prisons and other off shore islands in Singapore. 

Standard Delivery: $12
Extra-mile Delivery: $18 (these includes delivery to Tuas and Sentosa )

Specific Time Slot:$18 (delivery will be within a 1 hour time slot as arranged with us)

2) We have Fixed Delivery Time Slots: 

First Slot: 9am - 3pm
Second Slot: 12pm - 6pm
Third Slot: 5pm-9pm 

3) For Hotel and Restaurant Deliveries, we will deliver to the conceirge and Restaurant Front Desk respectively, so do let us know the Booking Name or Reservation Name respectively.

4) Self Collection is Available at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 2, full self collection address will be provided after order is placed successfully.

Yes, we only accept Full Prepayment for all of our order with exception to wedding and event services. This is because of the nature of the product we provide. As flowers are perishable, we cannot accept any last minute cancellation of orders. 

For Bridal orders, a 50% deposit is to be make when order is confirmed and subsequent payment to be paid in full one month prior to the date of event. 

You can cancel your order within 3 days in advanced and you will receive a full refund from us. We will not accept any cancellation within 3 days from the fulfilment date. As we need to condition and bloom the flowers before it is put into arrangement. 

Flowers are like human, each and every stalk of flower is unique and will not look 100% identical to one another.
